Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide using the Royal Mail postal service. The shipping price depends on country and value of your order. I ship all international orders over £20 with tracked delivery, with a shipping cost of around £9 (depending on country). For orders under £20, I use the international standard option, costing around £3.50. For further information on this, check out the delivery information page at the bottom of my website.

How long will it take for my order to ship/arrive?

I typically ship all orders within a week! Please leave up to 7 working days before contacting me about shipping your order. I often have many to fulfil, but I work hard to meet this target!

UK orders are sent with First Class shipping and therefore usually take 1-2 days to arrive after dispatching. There have been many delays due to COVID-19, but most UK orders arrive within a week.

International orders usually take 6-7 days to arrive. However there are currently many delays meaning orders can take around 2-8 weeks to get to you. Please be aware of this when purchasing! Orders over £20 are sent with tracked delivery so a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons! I ensure that all orders are properly packaged to reduce any damage. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch with me through the contact page or my email famjoboutique@gmail.com. I will require evidence and then assess whether a refund or partial refund can be given.

How can I best care for my earrings?

Avoid getting the earrings wet by swimming, showering, or bathing while wearing them as this may damage them. Also avoid wearing them to sleep. I recommend to keep them stored in a closed container to protect them from chemicals and tarnishing. If they need to be cleaned, use a gentle, damp cloth to wipe them. Keep resin products out of direct sunlight as this can yellow them.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

My earrings are made with either 925 sterling silver earring hooks, stainless steel earring hooks, or stainless steel studs. These are all hypoallergenic. The earring findings are all either stainless steel or silver/gold plated. Again all findings are hypoallergenic.

The definition of hypoallergenic is having a decreased tendency to provoke an allergic reaction. This does not mean that a wearer is guaranteed to not have an allergic reaction. It means the Nickel content is low and therefore decreases the chances of an allergic reaction occurring.

What is in the cottagecore subscription box?

Each Famjo Boutique monthly subscription box will contain:

  • 1 pair of exclusive polymer clay earrings - gold

When will I receive my box?

Subscription boxes are sent out at the beginning of each month (usually on the 1st)

When do I need to order by?

To receive the next month’s subscription box, sign up by 20th of that month!! E.g. if you sign up on 15th September, the October box will be shipped out to you at the beginning of October. But if you sign up on the 25th September, the November box will be shipped to you at the beginning of November as you missed the 20th September deadline for October’s box.

How do I pay?

The first payment will be made on the date you subscribe, and the next payments will leave on the date you subscribed each month. For example, if you subscribe on the 12th, each monthly payment for £19.99 will leave your account on the 12th of each month.

  • Monthly box - £19.99

  • 3 month prepayment - £57 (save 5%)

  • 6 month prepayment - £108 (save 10%)

  • 12 month prepayment - £204 (save 15%)

  • One off box - £25

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from your customer account.

If you cancel before the 20th of the month you will be eligible for a refund for the next month’s box. E.g. If you cancel your order before 20th August, you will receive a refund and September’s box will not be sent to you. Contact us for your refund at famjoboutique@gmail.com

However if you cancel on or after the 20th, you will not receive a refund and will still receive the next month’s box but no further payments will be taken from your account. E.g. If you cancel your order on the 21st August, the September box will still be sent to you and no refund will be made.

This is due to the earrings in the box being made between the 20th and the beginning of the next month before being dispatched on the 1st.
